Recently, I had the wonderful opportunity to partner with an AMAZING team of wedding industry professionals! We set out to create a beautiful, up-cycled bohemian inspired wedding photo shoot. I was asked to come on board to help coordinate the vendors, the décor, and to style the bridal looks. Together, we created exactly what we had envisioned and more! It was an absolute pleasure!
The photo shoot took place at a beautiful organic, sustainable farm in Downtown Los Angeles called Silver Lake Farms. All of the flowers we used were grown on the farm. The wildflowers created beautiful centerpieces, bouquets, and headpieces. Such an inspiration! There is no better feeling than fresh cut flowers from the garden used to create beautiful arrangements.
The décor was provided by Archive Rentals. They are a fantastic vintage furniture and accessories rental company. The pieces were perfect for the theme of this shoot! Their stylist, Nicole Magnifico Parker, was on hand to set up the décor and added her fabulous touch and talent to the design scheme!
Dish Wish LA brought the vintage plates, bottles, and flatware. They were the perfect and when paired with the pieces from Archive Rentals, and completed the look we were striving for.
The Good Cookies & Beyond made the wonderful cakes and cupcakes – they were all made with organic ingredients, Gluten-Free, Wheat-Free, Dairy-Free, and Casein-Free, and oh so yummy!
Styling brides is a service I offer at Nicole Alexandra Designs and is one of my favorite things to do, so needless to say, I had an amazing time putting together the looks for this shoot. Top wedding designers including, Winnie Couture, Justine M Couture, Junko Yoshioka, Moonlight, and the always fabulous Claire Pettibone, were featured in this shoot. The gowns were spectacular and brought the bohemian vibe to life!
With their impeccable eye, the photographers, Jessica M. Wood and Andrea Dickherber, artfully captured the ambiance, décor, and the couples. Both were shooting simultaneously, and as a result, we were so fortunate to have these amazing images! Enjoy! xo
