Monica and Brendan’s destination wedding took place at the beautiful and charming La Quinta Resort in La Quinta, CA. It was a celebration of love and family who primarily travelled from the Eastern US, Canada, and Venezuela. The bride, gorgeous both inside and out, walked down the aisle in an absolutely stunning Selia Yang gown. She was preceded by her little brothers who were THE cutest ring bearers, and the couples handsome Pitbull, Dexter, who laid at their feet throughout the entire ceremony! The couple exchanged their vows and incorporated Brendan’s artwork by each painting a heart onto the canvas. As the night continued, each guest painted on a heart to symbolized their love for the couple.
The flowers, designed by My Little Flower Shop, were classic and utterly romantic in ivory’s and whites, with a touch of succulence and greenery. Desserts were brought in by Over the Rainbow Cakes, who also made some classic Venezuelan cookies and treats which were delicious! “Crazy Hour”, a tradition filled with fabulous Latin music, masquerade masks, hats, boas, and noise makers, wrapped up the evening. It was the perfect ending to this wonderful and memorable day! XO
